Our pricing is transparent and flexible. You can choose our standard hourly rate or commit to a prepaid retainer package for significant savings and priority scheduling.
Standard Hourly Rate
Base Rate: $135 per hour
Billed in 15-minute increments after the first hour. Ideal for one-time projects, on-demand support, or when you prefer maximum flexibility.
Prepaid Retainer Packages
Save money and guarantee priority service with our retainer packages. Hours never expire and can be used for any IT consulting, tech support, computer repair, phone repair, cloud migrations, network setup, or ongoing maintenance.

Computer & Phone Repair Services
For standard computer repairs, laptop fixes, phone repairs, virus removal, hardware upgrades, and general troubleshooting, we offer more accessible pricing:
Repair Hourly Rate: $100 per hour
Diagnostic Fee: $80 (fully applied toward the repair if you proceed)
Many common repairs are also available at flat-rate pricing for predictability (screen replacements, battery changes, data recovery, etc.)
Note: If your issue requires advanced IT consulting, system architecture work, or business-level solutions, we will use the standard consulting rate of $135/hr and discuss this with you upfront.
